  Here's a side-by-side of what I talk about below.

I really like the new version better.  MB's head's a little big, but I think as a cartoon it works.  I think I've gotten the hang of how to draw girls for the comic:

Probably won't see too many thongs hanging out of MB and Minako's pants, but you get the idea: I can draw.

  I changed the girls, and I think the whole thing looks a lot better because of it.  'Course, nothing masks my total lack of sense of color [well, a "screen" layer would, but I don't feel like doing one.], but I don't know how to learn that.

  I drew this whole thing on the tablet.  There are some things I like about it, and some things that I think would've been better worked out on the paper:
  I am most pleased with the panel layout.  Since there's no piece of paper big enough for me to do a full-size layout on, I usually don't do a very detailed one, resulting in the usual cascade of pictures.  Here, however, we have a little side-to-side panelling.  Compliments the heightening action well, I think.
  I am most displeased with the appearance of Minako and MB.  They have gone thru some funny lookin' faces.  I started to go thru the archive to put together a sample of all their stupid looks, but it quickly because depressing.  It's a shame, because in life, they are pretty girls.  I can draw females, better now than a year ago, but I don't have a cartoon style down for 'em.  This frustrates me to no end.  I hate that last panel enough to want to go back and redo it.
